dc.description.abstractLojistik Merkezler, entegre taşımacılığın ön plana çıktığı son yıllarda rekabet artırıcı bir yapı olarak görev almakta olup, bu merkezlerin yerleşke, yatırım ve işletme modellerinin sürdürülebilir olması da önemlidir. Ülkemiz "2053 Ulaştırma ve Lojistik Ana Planı" kapsamında "Lojistik merkezlerin kurulması ve işletilmesi için, kamu özel sektör iş birliği çerçevesinde yeni iş modelleri oluşturularak özel sektörün yatırım payının artırılması" ve "Lojistik merkezlerde etkin işletme yönetimi tesis edilmesi" hedefleri bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada; lojistik ve lojistik merkezlerin kavramsal çerçevesi anlatılmış, lojistik merkezlerin önemi, dünya ve Türkiye'deki lojistik merkezlerden örnekler ile yönetim yapıları incelenmiştir. Konya'nın ekonomik görünümü ve lojistik sektörü açısından değerlendirmesi de ayrıca yapılmıştır. Uygulama kısmında Konya Kayacık Lojistik Merkezini (KLM) kullanan işletmelere anketler yapılmış, doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri ve diğer testler sonrasında istatiksel değerlendirmeler yürütülmüştür. Son bölümde, işletmelerin görüşleriyle KLM başta olmak üzere ülkemizde faaliyet gösteren/gösterecek lojistik merkezlerin etkili ve verimli yönetimi amacıyla, merkezlerin yönetim yapılarında kullanılabilecek öneriler kapsamlı bir şekilde açıklanmıştır. Yönetim yapısında Kamu Özel Ortaklığı modeli önerilmiş ve KLM'yi yönetebilecek şirket için ana sözleşme örneği hazırlanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractLogistics Centers have been performed as a competitive structure in recent years when integrated transportation has come to be prominent, and also sustainability of the compound, investment and operation models of these centers are important. Within the scope of our country's "2053 Transportation and Logistics Master Plan", there are targets of "increasing the investment share of the private sector by creating new business models within the framework of public-private sector cooperation for the establishment and operation of logistics centers" and "Establishing effective business management in logistics centers". In this study, The conceptual framework of logistics and logistics centers is explained, the importance of logistics centers, examples of logistics centers in the world and Türkiye and management structures are examined. Also, Konya's economic outlook and logistics sector were evaluated. In the application part, firms using Konya Kayacık Logistics Center (KLM) were surveyed, statistical evaluations were carried out after confirmatory factor analyzes and other tests. In the last section, the opinions of the firms and the suggestions that can be used in the management structures of the centers for the effective and efficient management of the logistics centers operating / to be operated in our country, especially KLM, are explained comprehensively. A Public Private Partnership model was proposed in the management structure and a sample of the articles of association was prepared for the company that will manage KLM.en_US
