Özet
Eğitim kavramı, ilk insandan itibaren başlamış olup, ilk çağlardan itibaren nitel ve nicel olarak değişiklikler göstermiştir. Ancak temel hedefleri her çağda aynı özellikleri göstermiştir. Uygulanan eğitimin temel amacı genel anlamıyla bireylerde davranış kazandırma olmuştur. Bu kapsamda hazırlanan araştırmada, gelişmiş ülkelerde uygulanan yapılandırmacı yaklaşım bağlamında, 9. Sınıf coğrafya derslerindeki kavram haritaları kullanımına ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerinin neler olduğunun ve kavram haritalarına yönelik hangi yöntemleri uyguladıklarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, problem durumu, araştımanın amacı ve önemi açıklanmış, ikinci bölümde konu ile ilgili kavramlar incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde araştırmanın modeli, araştırma evren ve örneklemi, verilerin toplanması ve analizi gibi bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümünde çalışma kapsamında elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda ortaya çıkan bulgular değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın beşinci ve son bölümde ise ulaşılan sonuçlar değerlendirilerek konu ile ilgilenen eğitimci ve akademisyenlere önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
The concept of education has begun from the first person and has changed qualitatively and quantitatively since the early ages. However, the main objectives have shown the same characteristics in all ages. The main purpose of the education is to gain behavior in individuals in general terms. In this study, in the context of the constructivist approach applied in developed countries, it is aimed to determine what teachers' opinions about the use of concept maps in 9th grade geography lessons and which methods they apply to concept maps. The study consists of five chapters. In the first part, the problem situation, the purpose and importance of the research are explained and in the second part the concepts related to the subject are examined. In the third part, information such as research model, research universe and sample, data collection and analysis are given. In the fourth part, the findings obtained in line with the data obtained within the scope of the study were evaluated. In the fifth and last part of the study, the results obtained were evaluated and suggestions were made to the educators and academicians interested in the subject.
