dc.description.abstractBEP'in geliştirilmesi, uygulanması ve değerlendirilmesinde etkin görev alan ve eğitimin öğrenci gereksinimlerineyeterli düzeyde cevap vermesini en fazla etkileyen faktörlerden biri de kuşkusuz öğretmendir. Öğretmenler,öğrenci için davranışlarının belirlenmesinde, oluşturulmasında ve değerlendirilmesinde çok önemli birfonksiyona sahiptir. 573 sayılı Kanun Hükmünde Kararname içerisinde BEP’ in geliştirme konusundaki görevleriaçıkça belirtilen öğretmenler, bireyin gelişimine göre yeni hedefler hazırlamakla ve eğitim programlarınıuygulamakla yükümlüdürler Bu çalışma da öğretmenlerin bireyselleştirilmiş eğitim programı geliştirmeuygulama ve değerlendirme yeterliklerini değerlendirmeye yönelik, 5’li Likert tipi bir ölçek geliştirilmesiamaçlanmıştır. Yapılan alan taramasının ardından, ölçek; BEP hazırlık öncesi, BEP hazırlama aşaması, BEP’e ailekatılımı ve BEP’in uygulanması ve değerlendirilmesi olmak üzere dört faktör üzerine kurulmuş, bu faktörleriiçeren 57 madde yazılmıştır. 264 sınıf öğretmenine uygulanan ölçeğin analizleri SPSS 18 ve LISREL 8.8 paketprogramlarıyla yapılmıştır. Yapılan açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda, 12 maddenin çıkarılması ile ölçek 38maddeden oluşan son halini almıştır. Açıklanan toplam varyans %65 olarak bulunmuştur. Ölçeğe ait, CronbachAlfa katsayısının .98, RMSEA değerinin ise 0,071 olduğu belirlenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractOne of the most influential factors having active role in the developing, implementing and assessing of the IEPand affecting the capacity of the education in meeting students’ needs is undoubtedly the teacher who teach theindividuals with special educational need. Teachers play a vital role in the formation and assessment of thestudent behaviors. Teachers whose roles related to development of the IEP are clearly specified within the scope ofDecree Law No. 573 (1997) are responsible for setting new goals based on the development of individuals andimplementing the education programs. In this study, it was aimed to develop a 5-point Likert-type scale to definethe competencies of teachers on Individualized Education Program (IEP). Following the literature review, thescale was based on four factors as pre-preparation of IEP, developing phase (stage) of the IEP, family participationin IEP and implementation and evaluation of the IEP, and 57 items including these four factors were written. Theanalyses of the scale applied to 264 classroom teachers were done by using the SPSS 18 and LISREL 8.8 packagedsoftware programs. After the exploratory factor analysis, 12 items were removed and the final version of the scaleconsisted of 38 items. The explained total variance was found as 65%. It was determined that the Cronbach AlphaCoefficient was 0.98 and RMSEA value was 0.071.en_US
