dc.description.abstractÜlkede hububat üretimin en yaygın olduğu Orta Anadolu bölgesinde hububat ürünlerin ne kadarlık kısmını lisanslı depolarda tuttuklarını ve lisanslı depoculuğun faydalarını göz önünde bulundurarak lisanslı depo kuruluşlarının sayılarını artırmak amaçlanmıştır. Dünyada nüfus hızlı bir biçimde arttığından dolayı yaşam koşulları zorlaşmaktadır. Bu nedenle insanların temel ihtiyaçları ve ülke kaynaklarını en etkin şekilde kullanmaları gerekmektedir. Hububat üretimi yapan çiftçiler ürünlerin bir kısmını direkt pazarlarken bir kısmı da belirli aşamalardan geçirerek işlemektedirler. Hububat ürünlerinde hasat zamanından sonra arz yığılması meydana gelmektedir. Bu nedenle depolanması gereken birçok ürün ortaya çıkmaktadır. En iyi şartlarda depolama yapılmalıdır eğer şartlar iyi olmazsa maddi hasara sebep olmaktadır. Lisanslı depoculuk sistemi ve Türkiye’deki hububat piyasası hakkında literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Orta Anadolu’da faaliyette olan 110 lisanslı depo kuruluşlarına anket yöntemi kullanılarak veriler toplanmıştır. Cronbach Alfa Katsayısı ile çalışmanın güvenilirliği faktör analizleriyle de geçerliliği test edilmiştir. Lisanslı depoculuk sistemi ve alt boyutlarının işletmenin kuruluş tarihine göre karşılaştırmalarda bağımsız örneklem t testi kullanılmıştır. Lisanslı depoculuk sistemi ve alt boyutlarının işletmenin toplam çalışan sayısı, toplam aylık brüt ciro, işletmenin toplam faaliyet alanına göre karşılaştırmalarda tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) kullanılmış olup, post hoc test olarak LSD testi uygulanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIt is aimed to increase the number of licensed warehouse establishments by considering how much of the grain products are kept in licensed warehouses and the benefits of licensed warehousing in the Central Anatolia region, where grain production is most common in the country. Due to the rapid increase in population in the world, living conditions are getting harder. For this reason, people need to use their basic needs and country resources in the most effective way. While the farmers producing cereals market some of the products directly, some of them process them through certain stages. Supply accumulation occurs in cereal products after the harvest time. Therefore, there are many products that need to be stored. Storage should be done in the best conditions, if the conditions are not good, it causes material damage. A literature review was conducted on the licensed warehousing system and the grain market in Turkey. Data were collected from 110 licensed warehouse establishments operating in Central Anatolia using the survey method. The reliability of the study with the Cronbach Alpha Coefficient was also tested with factor analysis. Independent sample t-test was used to compare the licensed warehousing system and its sub-dimensions according to the establishment date of the enterprise. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used in comparisons of the licensed warehousing system and its subdimensions according to the total number of employees, total monthly gross turnover, and the total field of activity of the enterprise, and the LSD test was applied as a post hoc test.en_US
